ROLE: SAP ICH Functional Analystn

Location: Tulsa, OK

Duration: 6 months

OTHER : US Citizenship/Greencard is required.


RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS:

Our client has implemented a Procure to Pay solution, using SAP R/3 and new dimension products SRM and ICH.
The ICH solution is made available via the SAP Netweaver

Enterprise portal which is then linked to our client's supplier via their Existing Supplier portal using a Single sign-on mechanism.
The project went live on April 14, 2008.

Our client needs a Senior ICH consultant to assist in the following areas

• Shadow the existing ICH resource on the project to assist in day to to day- trouble shooting activities of the newly implemented solution- including, coordinating training, Business process team coaching where appropriate, testing, applying SAP hot-patches as needed and trouble shoot many supplier issues in using ICH.


• Become an integral part of the Post go-live project support team, supporting the launch solution. Role will include triaging, trouble shooting and problem solving specific ICH related issues since Go-live, and assume the role of the primary ICH application support person-


• Assist our client in continuous improving the Procure to Pay solution using ICH- by participation is small to medium scale projects to enhance the ICH solution.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

Consulting Skills Preferred

Multiple SAP ICH Lifecycle implementations and experience supporting solutions, post go-live

Self Starter- Must be able to quickly deliver value to the Project team by participating and driving the Final Preparation activities prior to go-live

Sound Functional and technical expertise in the ICH Product – role is mainly Functional

Very good communication skills

Skills in the following areas of deployment for ICH

Our client has deployed the ICH 5.0 solution – support pack level 7 to about 9 key suppliers- P.
