Position: Lead SAP CS (Customer Service) Functional Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 9 months w/ possible extension
# of positions: One (1)
Rate: OPEN - all inclusive
Client: Financially stable company - one of our largest client for over 5 years – we do over 30+ hires annually
REQUIRED SKILLS:
** 8 years minimum overall SAP experience
** 4 years minimum SAP CS and/or SM functional experience
!!! SM turned into CS !!! Meaning Service Management = Customer Service. Someone will have Service Management...and then have Customer Service Management experience. Also need experience in waranty process.
** 2 years minimum Lead experience
** Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations
** Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
