3yrs - 7yrs relevant experience in SAP ABAP with in depth consulting skill.

Job Description -
Application Developer
Designs, develops and supports application solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming. This role may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.

Technical Team Leader
For the Skill Set of SAP.NW.ABAP, this role has technical management of a team. Encourages groups to work together and takes responsibility for team building to optimize performance by working with other Team Leaders, planning and managing resources to provide correct levels of cover. Sets challenging but achievable team targets to match business metrics, performance standards and SLAs and manages Individual and Team Performance.

Relevant Experience : 3 yrs -8 yrs

Educational Qualification :
Bachelor"s Degree in Information Technology.

Work Location : Pune
